★★★★★We had an amazing private yoga session with Jen at the Monville for a bachelorette weekend. It was simply magic and full of love. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

★★★★★I love Yoga Vieux-Montreal! Tanya is an incredibly gifted yoga teacher. The space is beautiful, the environment is warm and welcoming, the music is perfect (a small detail that can make a big difference) and the gigantic windows face some gorgeous Old Montreal architecture.

★★★★★A wonderful yoga experience in old Montreal. We did the beginners yoga with Tanya. Her cues we’re awesome. After our session she gave us a list of places to eat food. Overall it was a great experience and she helped us make the best out of our trip to Montreal.

★★★★★As a beginner in Yoga Practice, I can safely say that I found Yoga Vieux Montreal with Tanya Rowe a warm, welcoming and competely nurishing experience for both mind and body. I came to have a taste of what Yoga was all about and to work on my flexibility, and yet I stayed for so much more. As a male, stepping into what can be traditionally seen as a female dominated activity in the West, I had concerns in regard to how I would be perceived trying out Yoga, as well as knowing that this would be a difficult discipline for me. I knew in advance that at times, I would have to show my vulnerability in front of potentially far more advanced students and Yogis than me, and effectively take on the title of ‘the new guy’. The reality didn’t match my expectations and I was made to feel completely comfortable so that I could let go and experience everything on offer here. The teachers are all extremely effable, motivated and the whole atmosphere is positive from the moment you land on your Yoga mat, through to the rest of your day where you will continue to enjoy the benefits of this fabulous discipline. If you are curious about Yoga, you need to visit Yoga Vieux Montreal, you won’t be disappointed. This place just feels right. If you don’t think Yoga will be your thing, be prepared to be surprised. You can’t argue with the intro/trial prices, you have nothing to loose and truly everything to gain. Thank you for a memorable month of Yoga practice Tanya. You have ignited a life long pursuit of stretchy happiness for me at least. :-)

★★★★★Every time I go, I come out feeling so good, both mentally and physically. The classes are fun, challenging, but also calming and relaxing at the same time. I love that for the Vinyasa Flow classes, it's up to me to decide how far I want to go in certain poses and whether I want to do variations. Tanya is an amazing instructor and her spirit touches everybody in the room in such a positive way. I would recommend this studio to everybody.
