★★★★★ I had been self-teaching Pilates for a few years when I found Pilates du Plateau. I instantly loved the atmosphere of Jun’s cosy, clean and warm little studio. What made me come back however, was Jun’s impeccable professionalism. She helped me correct all the subtle posture mistakes I had been making while leaving me sore in new places, as well as places I hadn’t been in a while. She was very attentive and her lightness of spirit was much welcome when exercises got harder. What I love the most is surely her true passion for the art of Pilates and physical wellness. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to have high grade Pilates class in Montreal.

★★★★★ Very professional instructors and friendly environment. More particularly, Jun is not only a good Pilates trainer, she also has a very diversified knowledge on the body and the training combined the oriental and occidental cultures, which will be highly beneficial to improve your health. Je vous recommande fortement à essayer et à découvrir une nouvelle expérience!

★★★★★ When I began running long distances I knew that I had to become stronger. I didn't know what to do, because I've always hated going to the gym and also don't enjoy the classic 'boot camps'. Luckily, a friend suggested I try out Pilates du Plateau, and I've been going regularly ever since (Bar Pilates, Mat Pilates, and TRX!) No matter which class you take, the size is small (max 6 people), the instructors are experts, and the results are amazing! Now that I regularly go to class, I am leaner, have better posture, and am a better runner. Another benefit is that since the classes are so small, it doesn't matter what level you are when you begin. You get personalized instruction every time! The classes are full of people of all ages, genders, and fitness levels. I highly recommend to anyone looking for an enjoyable, affordable, and effective way to get fit!
