★★★★★ When you want to sign a contract, and you ask about cancellation policy, they tell you that if it’s because of moving or relocating and you have proof, they’ll accept it.
When you want to cancel the contract, they tell you that there is a penalty with the same amount as paying until the end of the contract.
If you refer to what they said at the beginning, they’ll tell technically you can’t cancel it based on an item in your contract and cancellation (with that penalty) is an OFFER from them.
When you sign a contract, they talk about the Boomerang promotion. When you want the get your Boomerang money, they’ll tell you it’s only at the end of the contract.
When you want to sign a contract, they tell you about one free training session. When you have that session, the trainer will tell you that the free session is different from a normal session and he/she won’t show you how to use equipment, etc.
That’s what exactly happened to me.
They don’t take responsibility for what they tell you.
And in their contract, they refer to their website which they can change it at any time, so technically you are signing whatever they want (even if it’s a future change in their website).
This is my first time in my life that I have a contract that most of it is on a website that they can change at any time without any notice!
