★★★★★ I was a loyal client with Nautilus since September 2011. I simply asked them to put a stop to my membership for a couple of months and they refused. I’ve contacted 4 different locations and none of them were able to understand. I have 3 months remaining with my annual contract with Nautilus. Therefore I recently subscribed at World’s Gym and for half the price , World’s Gym are open 24/7 except the weekends, and they treat their clients in a unique manner. We we’re a team 4 people at Nautilus however once I saw how Nautilus deals with their Loyal customers One by one left Nautilus for World’s Gym. Nothing personal , however they should change their policies if they want to maintain the clients that are remaining. This is to let all new clients to be on their toes and be very careful.
