★★★★★ I decided to check Idolem after few co-workers, fellow athletes swore by it. Once you enter you will notice how zen the whole place is (depending what time you go), incense burning, the free tea you can sip on before your class. Parking can be very hard depending of the time you go, considering it is situated within the downtown of Laval, Centropolis, which is a very popular area (high traffic). It is located near a hair salon, gym, multiple restaurants. They have one room in which they have their classes. The waiting room is well decorated but a bit small considering the Yoga room capacity. The locker, bathroom, changing area is also very small. but are very clean. Once you enter the yoga room, silence is requested, it is a very large , clean dark room, which i totally loved. Some of the teachers are knowledgable, while others i have my doubts... depending of the class you take, can be very challenging or just relaxing. Some of the teachers will really come and help you position yourself. My top are Sylvie's and Redgy's (which is more geared towards fitness than Yoga). These two focus a lot on the techniques which on the long run will not only prevent injuries but help you outdo yourself. I wish they would push the visitors to keep quiet when in the waiting area or in the locker room, as all the noise is audible within the Yoga room. Towards the end of the class, they distribute a cold towel, you can place on your fore head, which feels rather nice. After each yoga class, I have felt and seen the result whether in my every day life or at the gym (I am an athlete). I wish they had more variety of classes, and moves. After almost 3 months it feels like i've been doing the same positions. I would definitely go again and would recommend it. It's worth to try you may fall in love with Yoga.
