★★★★★ MONEY GREEDY! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!
I decided to sign up with my wife but when we came together to register, they told us that I was not eligible for the referral bonus as we came together to sign up... Despite that, we decided to register for the annual subscription fees. ($24.99 biweekly) I was about to change job in a few weeks and would be entitled to corporate rate of $21.99 biweekly. They told me to come back when I will officially change job and they would change my fees. When I came few weeks after to make the change, the Manager Ashley told me that it is not possible to change and that I will have to wait for a year to be able to change my package....
I IMMEDIATELY asked to terminate my contract for me and my wife as it did not make any sense. This Manager had ZERO customer service and did not even bother talking to us directly and would let the staff pass the message. And instead of decreasing it by $3 biweekly, they would rather lose 2 subscription for a total of $49.98 biweekly. And I even saw that they were presently advertising for $21.99 biweekly with 2 months free subscription. I am glad that we ended our contract as when looking for other gyms I found out that Gold gym was the most expensive gym with definitely the worst customer service. SO MONEY GREEDY!!!!!
Edit: The owner has replied to my comment saying they tried to reach out to me but it's all lies! I never received any miss calls or any emails from them!! LIES!!!!!
