★★★★★ This gym has the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
I had signed up for a trail with the gym trainer and recieved 40 sessions plus 4. I was charged 747$ the first month (as I was fully aware). I went and asked for my the number of sessions to be reduced as it did not fit my budget and schedule.
I had to CHASE the manger and the sales rep who did the financial agreement. I called them everyday, they didn't seem to care. They did not give importance to my numerous calls, as I would never get a call back. I would go to the gym and wait to speak to the manger and he would always be preoccupied. It took them a well over a month to make payment adjustments to my account.
Currently, I have been trying to cancel my membership and they have no answered my calls nor gotten back to me on what the procedures are. I had made a lump sum on my personal training fee (which did not show up on thier records). Fortunately, I kept my receipt but I am yet to hear a response from them and still have no recieved any additional information.
Stay away from this filithy gym as they have no respect and lack the intelligence of maintaing a sustainable relationship with their clients.
