★★★★★ They dont deserve even one star. They stole 54$ from me. When I registered the membership there, nobody told me about the policy at all. I haven’t been notified about my cancellation fee. Even the day I went to cancel the subscription, the staff there didn’t mention about the cancellation policy. I was the one who was curious about it and asked the staff(a girl) if there is any cancellation fee. What she told me was that only 1$ would be charged, and the rest of the money which is around 50$ will be sent to my address by cheque. I asked her again to doublecheck if she is so sure about it and she even showed me the screen pointing the price that I will get back. And it turned out that she made a mistake and I would get only 1$ and had to pay 50$ for cancellation. And due to the fact that it was too small money, they can’t send it by a cheque. Who on earth would cancel the subscription knowing that he/she still needs to pay 50$ and only get 1$ back? If I had known it, if somebody from the branch would have notified me the right policy, I wouldn’t have canceled it. But obviously, due to THEIR fault, I lost 54$ and membership. I even haven’t used the gym for two-full-months. And the manager keeps saying there’s nothing he can do. Why do I have to be the victim of badly managed staffs’ faults?
And be careful with your personal information. One of the staffs there whom I hadn’t seen before checked my personal information which is against the company regulation from my common sense and sent friend request on my socialaccount four times! I feel so bad to know that my information is easily exposed!!
Not going to use any econofitness gym again. The headquarter doesn’t even have a customer center number. Don’t waste ur money here. There are a lot better quality and better price gyms.
