★★★★★Although it took a while, I finally found a gym that works for me. Fred provides a fun, low stress environment in which to train. I really appreciate the small class size, personalized approach to training, and emphasis on technique. Since starting at Studio Undo about 2 years ago, I’ve significantly improved my overall fitness and mobility. Last, but not least, I’ve expanded my vocabulary with unique “Fred-isms” that must be heard to be appreciated. Yeah, seriously, it’s fun…when it’s not hurting.

Also the training help me strengthening muscles around my knees, which really helped with my running. Great atmosphere, people and Fred is a great coach, motivator with vast knowledge of training and movement and how it impacts on our bodies and health.

★★★★★Fred has this unique style (including music, lol..) to build up your strength without you even notice it. I have never seen such fast result in any other exercise! He has eagle eyes to spot on any bad habits and he is all about the right postures to target various muscle groups and maximize your workout!
