★★★★★Love it there! The trainers are very professional and keep a close eye on your positioning, technique, etc. You choose your weight and they encourage you to do your best!

★★★★My experience was really bad. And I am not going there anymore. I had a very bad impression the first day and I thought maybe the guy at the reception had a bad day, but his bad attitude hasn't changed. The first time he didn't le me go to the training and he told I have to come back an other day. I had to sign up but I could do it right away and he didn't want. the second time he said I have to pay an extra money for taxe that wasn't included. He didn't take time to explain to me me, he just said I have to pay in a very rude way. I paid the 5 dollars extra. But the third time was my limit. I came 10 minutes late and he didn't let me get in. He asked me to come back another day because I am late. I was so angry because I paid money and during that week, it was the only possibility to do my training. I really don't recommend this place to do CrossFit, there are other places in montreal more interesting.

★★★★★The venue is conveniently located and easily accessible. Very clean and looked like a great community with writing on the walls from people saying motivational things. We attended the morning class which was supposed to be between 8am and 9am but the trainer started late. Probably 15 minutes into the class. No effort was made to make up that time so when it came time to end the class at 9am, we had no choice but to leave due to other commitments. This is when things went sour. The trainer, Noah, seemed to sulk like a spoilt child when we told him we had to leave. He refused to acknowledge we even existed, ignored us when we tried to say goodbye and walked away when we made the effort and walked across the gym to let him know we were going. It made the entire experience very negative. So if you're going to get a good workout that has a pretty good schedule in a clean and open venue, I would recommend it but if you're going to enjoy your workout, then I don't. Training should be more than just shouting out a few commands to your class IMO.

★★★★★DON'T GO unless you're experienced. 2nd class in, my coach Noah had me do 125 banded pull-ups; even though I was a complete beginner -- unknown to me, MAX recommended for beginners is 25 pull-ups. 3 days later and a trip to the physiotherapist, I have bad tendonitis (aka damaged tendons) which will take 6-8 WEEKS to heal. They let beginners seriously hurt themselves. Don't go unless you're very comfortable with weights and know your limits.

★★★★★Great place! I love to workout here in order to burn off the three boxes of cookies I devour whenever I am stressed and cannot handle the real world. Of course, I only eat expensive, organic cookies since I am a spoiled brat who refuses to grow up.
