★★★★★ Really great workout i took the boxing 1 classes and i really like it so far! I like how the class is structured you first do exercises to warm up, you do solo combinations, then in teams of 2 and then u exercise with the coach on the ring and then again u finish with a warm up and stretching. Its a very complete workout and you feel great after it , the coach pushes u to work hard. The only 2 things i wish there was is music while we work out and also have more assistance for beginners because its hard to quickly catch up with everyone else who have a lot of experience in this sport. But at the same time, classes are big and its not always easy for coaches to assist every single person. Overall AMAZING!
