★★★★★The amount of bench presses are really limited and almost impossible to get if your not willing to use the Smith machines. Rush hours are insane, the gym is clearly not meant for that many people that come during 4pm to 8pm. But there is pizza once a month. Its also good gym to go with your friends. you encounter less massive bodybuilders, as they go for more serious gyms, which reduces the pressure. Not really the place to go to if you need dumbells that weigh over 75pds...because 75 is the heaviest they carry.
★★★★★Good gym for beginners or casual goers (1-3 times a week). As a serious lifter it's not worth it as the max dumbbell is 75lbs.
Only complaint is that the paper towel in the men's room is almost always empty.
★★★★★Friendly staff and very good overall gym atmosphere. Great for weekly or daily workouts. Even better that it's open 24/7 and the cheat day once a month is a great bonus (free pizza and bagels on the first Monday of every month for members). Amazing value for the membership fee. They also have great rates for in-house personal trainers. They also have group exercise classes. Another plus is that they often upgrade their equipment so every couple of months they replace some equipment or they add new equipment which keeps it new and modern. I’ve been working out here for over 2 years now, and I highly recommend this gym.
