★★★★★ On top of being an awesome all-around guy, Joey Reid is an incredible trainer. His knowledge of fitness and nutrition is second to none. While most trainers focus on the wrong things or one aspect of health & fitness (muscle definition, endurance, strength, flexibility, cardio, etc.), Joey really takes a hollistic view when designing his training programs - always building variety and new things to keep it interesting. He really considers everything about you - from your body type, to your strengths/weaknesses, your goals, your time/commitment level, and more - when crafting your routine.
On top of that, his attention to detail, form and technique are a big help in making sure you get the maximum workout while also preventing injury. And finally, his studio is a great space with lots of cool equipment to provide variety and allow you to find exercises that interest you.
Can't say it enough but highly recommend.
