★★★★★ I started working with Joey a few months ago, hoping to improve my chronic low back pain related to scoliosis. I’ve tried years of physiotherapy, yoga, etc moderate success, but I have been getting way better and faster results working with Joey. I find the approach much more holistic than physio; I’m also working towards some general fitness goals at the same time and seeing results there too. He’ a super nice guy, his schedule is flexible, he has answered a million of my questions in person and by email, and the workouts are always tailored to where you are that day or that week, and I honestly really enjoy them.
At first I was planning to see him for a few sessions to set up a new home workout routine, but I am getting so much out of my sessions that instead I’ve taken on additional work so I can afford two sessions per week ongoing - and it’s so worth it!
