Not only the workout is good and it makes you loose tons of calories but also because there’s an incredible team of trainers who are right there to help you reach your goal! ★★★★★I discovered 30 minute Hit when i was very bored of my gym and very demotivated about exercising. Joining this gym was the highlight of my year! The trainers are so nice and encouraging and the circuit gives you a killer workout in just 30 minutes! If you have a busy schedule and can’t find motivation to spend 2 hours in a gym, Hit’s definitely for you! And all the hard work you put in pays off! I saw results just after two months of joining!

What more can you ask for really! I’ve managed to lose 25lbs since starting (with a 7/10 healthy diet), so I can’t really complain. Definitely worth a try!
